An authentic chili spiked tantanmen

ingredients (single serving)

  • ・1 small bunch of arugula
  • ・2 tbsp chili oil
  • ・1 tbsp sesame paste
  • ・1 tsp Kurozu black vinegar
  • ・1 tsp soy sauce
  • ・1 tsp organic sugar
  • ・a mixed nuts
  • ・sansho pepper (if none available ichimi chili pepper or black pepper)
  • ・1 package myramen miso

preparation (single serving)

  • 1Mix kurozu vinegar and paste together in a small container.
  • 2Add step 1 to a bowl of freshly made myramen miso and stir together.
  • 3Chop the mixed nuts and add sansho pepper (or black pepper).
  • 4Top the bowl freshly made bowl of myramen miso with fresh chopped arugula and step 3.


Healthy stir-fried vegetable tanmen

ingredients (single serving)

Add the following vegetables at your own preferred amount using the photo above as a rough gauge

  • ・Mini tomato
  • ・broccoli
  • ・cauliflower
  • ・asparagus
  • ・white asparagus
  • ・brown mushroom
  • ・Kale
  • ・Purple cabbage
  • ・onion
  • ・1 clove chopped garlic
  • ・olive oil
  • ・1 myramen salt (cook with 500ml of water)

*substitute or add any vegetables to your own desire:)

preparation (single serving)

  • 1Sauté chopped garlic in olive oil using a large deep dish skillet.
  • 2Add vegetables to skillet and stir-fry.
  • 3Prepare 1 package of myramen salt, then strain only the soup broth over vegetable stir-fry and let simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer noodles in serving bowl.
  • 4Add all contents of skillet to noodle bowl and ready to eat.

Lemon-shoyu ramen with appetite inducing citrus notes

ingredients (single serving)

  • ・1/2 lemon (cut for slicing into rounds)
  • ・2 sprigs of rosemary
  • ・7 whole black pepper seeds
  • ・2 tbsp olive oil
  • ・1 package myramen soy sauce

preparation (single serving)

  • 1Slice lemons into rounds.
  • 2Sauté rosemary in olive oil.
  • 3Top a bowl of myramen soy sauce with lemon slices, rosemary and black pepper seeds.
  • 4Pour a circle of the olive oil used to sauté rosemary on to dish at your own preference.
